At AAFA COLLECTIONS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We carefully inspect our jewelry and thrift clothing before shipping. Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Is significantly different from the product description.

  • Is the wrong item sent by AAFA COLLECTIONS.

For thrift clothing, minor signs of wear, small imperfections, or variations may be part of the item’s unique second-hand nature and are not considered defects.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Earrings and other items that come into direct contact with the body.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Sale, clearance, or specially marked final-sale items.

  • Items without their original packaging or tags, where applicable.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Clothing should be returned with original tags, where applicable.

  • Jewelry should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.

  • You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

AAFA COLLECTIONS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos/videos of the package and item.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defective item on our part.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by AAFA COLLECTIONS, we may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because our thrift clothing collection may contain unique or one-of-a-kind pieces, an exact replacement may not always be available.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
